Flakers range

The flakers range comes complete with both self-contained models and machines to be combined with our wide range of bins. The range reaches a maximum production of 1000 Kg per day.

Technology
Flake ice is generated through a vertical cylinder, with an internal auger which scours the ice from the internal surface of the evaporator, lifting it up to the exit where there is the ice breaker. The system creates uniform ice with minimal water.

Iceflakes
Flake ice has a lot of uses, from the preservation and display of fish to cocktail creation to its use in Spas. Flake ice is also widely used in hospitals and during the production of cold meats and bread, designed to chill the mixture. Flake ice has the great advantage of being easy to manipulate and weigh.
